Win $100 From Pete Rose

Want to get a $100 bill from Pete Rose? All you have to do is catch him gambling in Las Vegas.

From Las Vegas Review Journal:

He told me that he does not play at all in Vegas casinos and says that if anyone sees him playing, they can tap him on the shoulder and he'll give them a $100 bill.

That is a pretty good deal, yet I doubt I would be able to collect on that because:
a. Rose is probably gambling in the high stakes room, a place you will never find me venturing into (uh, because I choose to, yes that is why).
b. Option a. is only an "if" because Rose still believes there is a chance to get into the Hall of Fame.

Yet, in a sense isn't this "bet" a form of gambling in itself? Just kidding Kid Hustle, because I cannot throw you a $100 bill if you did not gamble, nor would I throw away the chance to use that $100 towards a 1961 Los Angeles Angels bobblehead/nodder.
